Acceptance of Terms
By booking a strategy call, signing up for a plan, or otherwise engaging Route Revenue's services, you agree to the terms below.
Description of Services
Route Revenue provides marketplace store setup and management services across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Etsy, compensated on a profit-split basis as described in your chosen plan (Foundation, Growth, or Elite). You retain ownership of the seller account and store at all times; Route Revenue acts as your operations partner.
Client Responsibilities
- Providing capital for inventory and product purchase orders
- Responding promptly to account verification requests from the marketplace
- Providing accurate business information required for account and brand approval
Fees & Profit Split
The setup fee for your plan is due upon signing. Ongoing compensation is based on the profit-split percentage in your plan, calculated on net revenue after marketplace fees, cost of goods, and shipping. Profit is reported to you in a monthly performance review.
No Guarantee of Earnings
Estimated ROI ranges shown on our site are based on the historical performance of stores on each plan and are estimates, not guarantees. Results vary by product, marketplace policy, competition, and market conditions outside our control.
Term & Termination
The management agreement runs month-to-month following the initial setup period. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Refund handling for terminated agreements is set out in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
Research methods, listing templates, and internal processes developed by Route Revenue remain our property. Any trademarks, brand names, or brand assets you own remain yours.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep account credentials, financial performance data, and business strategy discussed under this engagement confidential.
Limitation of Liability
Route Revenue is not liable for marketplace-imposed account suspensions, marketplace policy changes, or losses beyond the fees you've paid us. We work in good faith to prevent and resolve such issues, including through our account reinstatement service where applicable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
